We do not accept insurance, but we do accept FSA and HSA cards. Balanced Health Clinic will treat you as you need to be treated and not just what an insurance company is willing to reimburse. If you wish, you can request a superbill that you can submit and discuss reimbursement directly with your insurance company. You may be able to use your insurance to obtain labs and some prescribed medications picked up from your pharmacy.

We require 48 hours notice for all appointment cancellations. There is a $50 cancellation fee for any appointment cancelled less than 48 hours in advance.
